The Department of Scientific Computing will sponsor a MATLAB seminar on Thursday, May 28, 2009 from 9:00am to 11:30am at 499 Dirac Science Library.  Speeding Up MATLAB Applications is a free workshop open to all.

MATLAB is a numerical computing environment and programming language which allows easy matrix manipulation, plotting of functions and data, implementation of algorithms, creation of user interfaces, and interfacing with programs in other languages.
